Undergraduate Schedule Highlights
This fall, we continue to expand our Micro-Certificates for Ministry course offerings with two new MCFMs in Christian Teaching Methods (CE180RM) and in Systematic Theology (TH180RM). These are team taught courses that introduce students to a variety of faculty members and survey level instruction on important topics for Christian ministry in any context. New students have a few great entry points into their studies with AB104RM Principles of Bible Study, EN101RM English Grammar & Composition I, PT101DEO Evangelism, and TH102 Spiritual Life. Student with a minor in Christian Counseling have a number of options for continuing their studies: HU263RM Marriage and Family, CC303DEO Principles of Counseling I, CC304DEO Principles of Christian Counseling II, and CC307DEO Biblical Counseling in the Local Church I (ACBC Track I).
Every Class, Every Program, Right Here, Right Now
Did you know that every TSBC course and program is available live online? Every “RM” designated course can be taken by students through our Zoom-Populi Integration giving you the flexibility you need to complete your education wherever you may be in the U.S.A. Additionally, DEO (Distance Education Online) courses continue to offer you even more flexibility through our asynchronous course offerings.
Graduate Schedule Highlights
Entering Graduate students have the opportunity to the catch the GR301RM Greek I pre-requisite for the M.A. program. The also have the two 500 level courses that we recommend for first year M.A. students: BI501DEO Advanced Principles of Bible Study and GS503 Theological Research & Writing for Ministry. While not included on the fall schedule, TSBC will offer a Free Friday Workshop with President Howe on Friday, August 8 from 3–5 PM on Academic Writing and Turabian Formatting. Continuing M.A. students who have completed their pre-requisites and entry 500 level courses can take PH601RM Survey of Contemporary Philosophies with Dr. Mark Phillips.
